With more than two decades of experience,in the field of academics,adminstration and research in management and computer application disciplines, Dr Mundhe has taught to various courses such as MBA, MBA, PGDCM and M.Phil. etc. to both academic and non-academic audiences. Currently he is working as the member to various bodies for Pune & Shivaji University,Kolhapur. He is also working as BOS member of Faulty of Commerce, University of Pune for BCA & MBA course. He has successfully delivered the lectures for M.Phil. & Ph.D. bridge Course conducted by Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He is a recognized guide for M.Phil. & Ph. D. in the subject of Computer Application, Computer Management and Business Administration from Shivaji University & SavitriBai Phule Pune University. He has published more than 100 research papers in reputed national and international journals and presented more than 60 research articles in national and international conferences. Presented a paper in the international conference held at Malaysia and Bangkok. He has functioned as a chair for technical sessions and has organized numerous refereed conferences and FDPs.He has also successfully completed 5 Research Projects funded by UGC New Delhi and SavitriBai Phule Pune University. Presently, he is working on various editorial board members of research journals & members of various Professional Bodies. To his Credit, 12 Scholars have successfully completed their Ph.D under his guidance.

Dr. Vandana Mohanty

Dr. Vandana Mohanty is an Associate Professor at IIMS, where she has been a faculty member since 2012. She holds a PhD in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, and her core academic interests span workforce diversity, employee experience. Her research has been published in several reputed international journals, and she has presented her work at prominent national and international conferences. She serves as a Reviewer and Editorial Board Member for IGI Global and is also a Reviewer for the journal Human Systems Management. She is a Life Member of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM). She has taught a wide range of courses, including Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Change, Human Resource Planning, Strategic HRM, Performance and Compensation, and Ethics & Corporate Governance. Dr Mohanty is an approved Research Guide at Savitribai Phule Pune University and actively engages in consulting and research projects at IIMS, supporting institutional development and academic excellence.

Dr. Pushpraj Wagh

Dr.Pushpraj Wagh, is graduate in B-Pharmacy, have done MBA in Marketing at Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Management and Research, Pimpri, Pune. He has more than 15 years of Teaching, Research and Administrative experience and has served on responsible positions in organisations of repute. He has also qualified National Eligibility Test - NET in Management and Ph.D in Organization Management from SavitribaiPhule Pune University. He has 3.2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry at various positions like Territory Officer, Product Executive etc. and 14 years' experience in academics. He has attended and presented papers in national and international conferences and seminars organized by institutions of eminence. He believes in comprehensive development of her students and invests time in motivating and guiding them to excel in all spheres of life.

Dr. Madhura Deshpande

Dr. Sachin R. Misal
